Transparent rates and free price offers for al your translations

• For each translation assignment you will receive a detailed price offer for free and without obligation.
• Terminology listings of specific terminology are kept for each specialised field, so you can count on consistent terminology throughout all your translations.
• Ask for your price offer through the online price request form. Do not forget to enclose the source texts. You can always upload your document in the online form as you would do in an e-mail.

Our Rates for translations

• The prices above are recommended prices, in Euros. The actual price depends on the complexity, the text format and the time needed for the assignment.
• One line are 60 caracters, inter spaces included.
• The rates are one correction round included.
• Prices are VAT 21% excluded.
• Minimal order amount: 20 Euros

What you certainly want to know …

• Translation Office Evina follows the most correct method in calculating your prices. Our actual rates are based on the number of lines counted in MS Office Word 2003: Extra/Count Words/Characters (including inter spaces).
• One rule is 60 touches or characters in the target language. In that way you can calculate your price and check it afterwards.
• Bear in mind that certain languages such as French may generally contain 15 to 20% more characters than the Dutch text.

Additional costs

• Files in PowerPoint (PPT), pdf, Excel, html and on paper: + 10%
• Translations that require terminological search may be charged with a supplement depending on the specialised field, unless you supply us the specific terminology. We keep terminology listings of this for a next assignment.
• If you rely on us to search for key words for you translation of websites with SEO optimisation, we will charge you a supplement of 45 Euros per hour.
• For the insertion of an html code in your translation, we ask a supplement of 45 Euros per hour.
• For urgent translations you need to count a supplement of 20%. Urgent translations are translations up to 2000 words that have to be done the same day and for larger assignments up to 3000 words per day.
• For night work and translations on a Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays, we charge a supplement of 50%.

Annulment or postponing an assignment

If the client wishes to annul or postpone a project 24 hours before the planned start, we will charge a lump sum of 50 Euros, 21% VAT excluded.
